Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The Gilded Spoon. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or dining at our restaurant located at 613 Royal Street, New Orleans, LA 70130, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Reservations and Cancellations

1.1. Making Reservations: Reservations can be made online through our website, by telephone at 504-555-7421, or in person. We recommend making reservations well in advance, especially for weekend dining and special events.

1.2. Reservation Confirmation: All reservations are subject to availability and require confirmation from The Gilded Spoon. You will receive a confirmation email or telephone call to confirm your reservation.

1.3. Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans may change. However, due to the limited availability of tables at The Gilded Spoon, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or modifications to your reservation. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25 per person. For large parties (8 or more guests), we require 48 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice or a no-show will result in the cancellation fee being applied to the credit card on file. Please contact our reservation team at [email protected] to cancel or modify your reservation.

1.4. Late Arrivals: We will hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes past your reservation time. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time without prior notification may result in your table being released to other guests.

2. Dining Policies

2.1. Dress Code: The Gilded Spoon maintains a smart casual dress code. We kindly request that guests refrain from wearing overly casual attire, such as beachwear, athletic wear, or excessively revealing clothing. Business casual attire is highly encouraged.

2.2. Outside Food and Beverages: The Gilded Spoon does not permit outside food or beverages to be brought into the restaurant, with the exception of celebratory cakes, which are subject to a corkage fee of $25. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a cake.

2.3. Corkage Fee: Guests are welcome to bring their own wine, subject to a corkage fee of $35 per bottle. We reserve the right to refuse service of any wine that is not permitted by law or that may conflict with our existing wine list.

2.4. Conduct: We expect all guests to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner while dining at The Gilded Spoon. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who violates this policy.
